The next day I called Resicon and was given some advice about a possible fix I could try myself.
That didn’t work so a few days later Jason came to diagnose and remedy the situation. He was very thorough (as always) but Mitsubishi needed to send some replacement parts. This took a little longer than I hoped (fortunately the weather wasn’t too hot and I didn’t need cool air).
Jason returned with the parts and once again, took time to ensure that everything was functioning correctly.
I particularly appreciate that Jason, the service technician, knows the system, and was part of the team who installed it.
