“Our heat pump / furnace stopped working because it had an indoor / outdoor communication error code. I emailed Resicon and Bryan responded immediately. We tried to fix the problem without incurring the cost of Resicon making a site visit. We could't solve the problem remotely so Jason showed up the next morning on time, diagnosed both the indoor and outdoor units , identified the problem as a blow fuse in the outdoor cutoff breaker box and replaced the fuse. Resicon did this as part of yearly maintenance at a discounted cost. Their service is OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Great people to work with!”
