“Great work on short notice due to 3 factors:
1. Timely. While installing a kitchen appliance, we discovered that the required gas line had been capped and buried beneath the floor. Until that line was uncovered and reactivated with the proper valve, our project was at a halt. Lexi immediately put us in touch with Bryan, who scheduled a rapid response.
2. Agile. When the designated technician was unable to respond, Lexi quickly assigned a new technician and the project proceeded as scheduled; no loss of time.
3. Professional. Alex arrived, knew exactly what to do, and installed an extension and valve on the gas line in less than an hour.
