“Resicon installed a heat pump in our 1910 Seattle box-style house, which had a single-pipe steam system (i.e. no existing ducts). After a thorough analysis and discussion about our options, their estimator provided three detailed alternatives with costs on the spot. We ended up installing mini-splits on the lower floors and an air handler with ducts in the attic for the top floor. So far, the system has been great.
