“Andrew came today for an annual service of our heat pump system which is now two years old. He was willing to have me follow him around and explained what he was doing and seeing. He seemed very thorough and found our system to be in great shape. We are very happy with the heat pump system. The mini split in one bedroom has solved the problem of adequately heating and cooling that room. The air handler is very quiet as is the compressor which is so much nicer than the old A/C system which was replaced.”
