“Ian arrived on time, and was pleasant, knowledgable and professional. He explained the process well for the heat ducts cleaning, then got to work right away. He let me know how much time it would take, and appeared to have done a thorough job. Before he left, he took a moment to answer my questions regarding the upcoming installation of a ducted heat pump system. He spoke well of working for Resicon; it’s nice to work with a company who seem to appreciate their employees. Friendly and efficient from booking my appointment to the finished work.”

“Our heat pump / furnace stopped working because it had an indoor / outdoor communication error code. I emailed Resicon and Bryan responded immediately. We tried to fix the problem without incurring the cost of Resicon making a site visit. We could't solve the problem remotely so Jason showed up the next morning on time, diagnosed both the indoor and outdoor units , identified the problem as a blow fuse in the outdoor cutoff breaker box and replaced the fuse. Resicon did this as part of yearly maintenance at a discounted cost. Their service is OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Great people to work with!”
“My well shaded house didn’t overheat too much this summer(2026), but on a particularly hot evening nothing happened when I turned on the cool air.
The next day I called Resicon and was given some advice about a possible fix I could try myself.
That didn’t work so a few days later Jason came to diagnose and remedy the situation. He was very thorough (as always) but Mitsubishi needed to send some replacement parts. This took a little longer than I hoped (fortunately the weather wasn’t too hot and I didn’t need cool air).
Jason returned with the parts and once again, took time to ensure that everything was functioning correctly.
I particularly appreciate that Jason, the service technician, knows the system, and was part of the team who installed it.
I have every confidence in Resicon, and have recommended them to several friends who have been looking for a reliable company specializing in designing and installing heat pump systems.”
“We worked with John from Resicon to restore our hot water heater pump that was shutting off erratically.
After coordinating with the factory and diagnosing the problem, John arranged for a replacement operating component that he installed.
John was especially responsive at each step of the way, responding to calls and emails, as well as scheduling site visits quickly when needed.
