“Rhett Brown came to my home to advise me about how to approach my concerns about cooling the house when temperatures sore in the Pacific Northwest. My home is 100 years old with an gas furnace that provides heat to the main floor, and an electric system that provides heat to the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms that were added to the original house about 20 years ago. Rhett carefully surveyed the existing systems, pointed out their inefficiencies, and suggested alternative approaches to achieving my aims. He was impressive, both knowledgable and thoughtful, and he answered my myriad of questions. Ultimately he developed two proposals for me to consider. He then reviewed what we had discussed, and provided me the opportunity to ask even more questions. He also double-checked on the availability of recommended items (e.g., heat pumps). “A team from Resicon installed a SanCO2 heat pump water heater for us about 2 years ago. They did a great job and it is working beautifully!
I called the office recently to see if they knew of any installers in another state, because a relative wants a SanCO2 for an ADU they are building. (I was unable to find the info. with an internet search.) Chase was kind enough to research that info. for me, and then he called me back promptly with a recommendation. Thank you so much…that was great service!!”

“Jason came out to look at my thermostat and determined it was not it that needed repair. He suited up and went under my house, through the dirty crawl space to determine what needed repairs. He gave me a quote for a new system, and explained in detail pros and cons of replacement systems. I appreciate the service, information, and the kindness. I needed an appointment after work, and he was able to meet at 5:00 pm.”
“Dave and his crew did an incredible job with the installation of a heat pump at our home in March! It was clear they were experts in the system and it's capabilities. They treated our home with the utmost respect and did an incredible cleanup after the work was complete (you would never know that construction had taken place that same day!). “Myself and my neighbor both had the Heat Pump installed almost two years ago. My neighbor came over today because she couldn’t get her heat to work. I made a call to Resicon and Dustin came to her home before the end of the day and replaced her fuses and it was up and running perfectly. I also had Dustin show me how to replace the fuses in case this happens to my system and he also gave me the fuses if I ever needed them. I am overwhelmed at the excellent customer service Resicon gives to everyone. “Bryan was great, he was very efficient and answered any questions I had during and after install. After the Install he did a clean and tune on our furnace. This was a house we just bought and didn’t realize the furnace has never been cleaned. Bryan explained why its so important to clean your furnace 2 times a year. Our family will definitely use Resicon in the future.”
Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
We went through Resicon to replace our old oil furnace with a Mitsubishi hyperheat ducted heat pump and highly recommend them. I really appreciate Miguel’s passion for the product. I was impressed that he has even traveled to the manufacturing center in Japan. He even has the same system in his own house. Resicon was the only company we found that addressed 1. decommission of the oil tank, 2.attic insulation, and 3. duct cleaning. They also installed Panasonic ventilation fans, which are a must have! Having one company coordinate all this work really saved us a lot of headaches.
Miguel is honest and he never tried to up-sell me on anything. He took the time to understand what we wanted and go through what would work for our house. The crew and staff at HQ were all great. Thanks guys!
We had reached out for 3 other bids and I was amazed by the lack of knowledge. I was very specific about wanting the hyperheat (H2i) model because it is efficient down to negative teens and standard heat pumps really lose efficiency around 20 degrees. Two of the companies were well-rated, but were more interested in selling products from another manufacturer. One was very misleading (or full of it) and the other proceeded to claim he was a very smart engineer then tried to sell us on an under-sized system . I can only assume this was due to commission because the equipment I wanted cost more. The third prescribed the same system, but was charging a higher price for less work.
We are extremely happy with our heat pump! We no longer have to use our pellet stove and now have every room in the house warm (basement included). Looking forward to the summer months to try the AC. Not only is the system efficient; it is clean, quiet, and hassle free. No more running to the store to buy pellets or cleaning ash. I recommend the H2i models (ducted or ductless) because they keep working when the mercury really drops, but research for yourself. If you have thought about a heat pump or AC, and can afford a $100/month bill then do it! The cost savings end up paying for the job.
