“Rhett Brown came to my home to advise me about how to approach my concerns about cooling the house when temperatures sore in the Pacific Northwest. My home is 100 years old with an gas furnace that provides heat to the main floor, and an electric system that provides heat to the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms that were added to the original house about 20 years ago. Rhett carefully surveyed the existing systems, pointed out their inefficiencies, and suggested alternative approaches to achieving my aims. He was impressive, both knowledgable and thoughtful, and he answered my myriad of questions. Ultimately he developed two proposals for me to consider. He then reviewed what we had discussed, and provided me the opportunity to ask even more questions. He also double-checked on the availability of recommended items (e.g., heat pumps). I called the office recently to see if they knew of any installers in another state, because a relative wants a SanCO2 for an ADU they are building. (I was unable to find the info. with an internet search.) Chase was kind enough to research that info. for me, and then he called me back promptly with a recommendation. Thank you so much…that was great service!!”
