“We had a full Mitsubishi heat pump system installed in our home with four mini splits, and our experience with Resicon was excellent from start to finish.
We talked with a few companies, but after meeting with Rhett, it was clear that Resicon was the best fit for what we were looking for. Their recommendations and pricing made sense, and matched the most to what we were looking for.
Once the project kicked off, our project manager Dustin did a thorough walkthrough of our old home and helped us think through the best options given the age and layout of the house. The entire team was professional and easy to work with. Big thanks to Ben and Steve for the install work, including replacing shingles and even matching paint so everything blended in nicely. Also thanks to Mark and Alex for the electrical work. They explained our options and the process clearly and transparently.
We were pretty particular about how we wanted the exterior lines run, and the team was great about accommodating us throughout the project, and were great problem solvers along the way. Anytime we asked for a change or adjustment, they were happy to help and made sure everything looked the way we wanted. They really went out of their way!
A few weeks after the install, one of the units needed an adjustment. I called Dustin, and he sent Jason out the next morning (on Christmas Eve!) who found the issue, and fixed it quickly.
We could not be happier with the overall experience or the final result. The system works great, and it is clear that Resicon really cares about the quality of their work and their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a heat pump or HVAC upgrade.”

“Jason Clement was awesome!! He was so personable, that he made me feel comfortable right away having him visit my property. He was perfectly knowledgeable about the outdoor Heat Pump and the indoor furnace. He showed me the insides of the equipment when I asked, and he informed me of what he was doing as he went. He told me about the most efficient use of the equipment for my desired heat and air conditioning.
He was so great that I con't imagine anyone better. I hope that he will be the person that comes whenever needed by my equipment. He definitely deserves any and all increases and awards available to such an outstanding employee!”

“My heat pump was installed in May 2025. Ice has been found on the unit since Oct of 2025. Dec 12 a technician came to repair the unit. It’s Dec 27 and the unit is AGAIN covered in ice. My PSE bills are through the roof, and my house cannot even reach 66 degrees. I’m tired of waiting for service. Hopefully this review will get their attention. I previously gave them FIVE STARS, so I am not unreasonable. FIX IT OR REPLACE IT, I cannot afford this defective unit!!!”
