RE: COVID19 Policy Statement:

To Our Customers,

The well-being and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority.

We are closely monitoring the recommendations from government agencies and health care officials regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers and employees and want to update you on some of the measures we are taking.

We are following all CDC guidelines for COVID-19. View the CDC Policy here.

Our office and services will remain open for business as usual and we are sanitizing our work vans and high-touch areas regularly. Some specific Steps we are taking that may or may not be addressed by the CDC guidelines and are more specifically related to entering tenant spaces are listed below…

To the extent possible, our employees will maintain proper social distancing of 6 feet or more from household members.

Our employees will keep interactions as brief as possible – avoid handshaking, touching or other contact.

Our employees will wash hands thoroughly before entering and after leaving a home. Use a hand sanitizer (containing at least 60% alcohol) if hand washing facilities are not available.

If our employees observe a client that we think may be ill, we will not to enter the home. 

We value our loyal customers and will be as accommodating as possible during this dynamic and changing situation. 

 We are committed to doing everything we can to help keep our communities safe.
