“I called on Saturday, October 18 because I was concerned about water leaking under my Train heat pump. I was scheduled an appointment for today. Jason Clement came out and explained that the water dripping under the heat pump is normal when it is in the heat mode. I was not told that when it was installed. The water runs across my concrete patio and will be an ice hazard during below freezing temperatures. Jason said he would look into some kind of condensation fix for that. He said Mitsubishi pumps have something that takes care of that. Prior to the installation of the Train pump, I was told you were putting in a Mitsubishi. I don't know why that change was made.
Jason was friendly, pleasant and checked the furnace filter for me and checked an air leak I noticed on the furnace. He said he would get back to me regarding what he finds out about solving the problem with the water from the heat pump flowing across my patio.”
